Returns and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled anytime before fulfillment.  Please contact us at miteesllc@gmail.com as soon as possible for the best service.

If you are dissatisfied with any item, we want to quickly correct the problem.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  Please contact us at miteesllc@gmail.com for return instructions, we will respond within 48 hours.
